Proposed Changes to Nevada Administrative Code Chapters 441A (LCB File No. R174-24)

Please note that the public hearing for the proposed amendments to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Chapter 441, LCB File No. R174-24 relating to public health, scheduled for June 5, 2026, has been postponed.  The public hearing is now expected to occur at the State Board of Health meeting scheduled for September 11, 2026.  A formal notice with the new date of public hearing will be sent in the coming weeks.  You can also monitor the Board of Health website to see upcoming meetings and review past meeting agendas here.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Public and Behavioral Health will hold a public workshop to consider amendments to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC Chapter 441A). The workshop will be conducted in person and via videoconference beginning at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
