Proposed Changes to Nevada Administrative Code Chapters 441A (LCB File No. R119-26)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the State Board of Health will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) Chapter 441A, LCB File No. R119-26 relating to public health. The public hearing is to be held in conjunction with the State Board of Health meeting on September 11, 2026.  To access the Notice of Public Hearing for more information such as the location of the meeting and link to the Microsoft TEAMS meeting, click here.

The Division of Public and Behavioral Health held a public workshop to consider amendments to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC Chapter 441A).
